Our working relationship with Clutch, Washington, DC-based analyst firm, began several months ago as we were exploring different options to help increase the visibility of our brand. Clutch immediately struck us as a great resource because of the variety and depth of vendor research that they offer to buyers. After familiarizing ourselves with their research process, we decided to move forward as a voluntary participant. This involved supplying detailed information related to our company size, service offerings, technical capabilities, market presence, and previous work experience.
In addition to providing Clutch with business data, we were also asked to submit client references for interview, which served to validate the quality and authenticity of our services. After submitting our references, Clutch did their due diligence in conducting each interview and publishing each of our clients’ verified reviews. The feedback Clutch analysts collected on our behalf was especially gratifying.
