The Challenge Started as a grassroots project for landlords in Denmark, SAPU.dk informed them about their rights, provided legal documents and other useful content. After gathering some following, the website’s owner Mark Jensen wanted to take it to the next level, both professionally and commercially.
The Solution The SAPU.dk website needed a boost in dynamics and performance to attract new users. We achieved this goal thanks to new, streamlined signup process, enabling landlords to advertise available tenancies with a special add-on, integration of offers with Google Maps & giving new visitors access to parts of locked content to persuade them to register as users.
Results The new version of SAPU.dk was launched in January 2018 enjoyed a significant rise in traffic and conversion rate, even despite membership fees were increased by nearly 50%. With around 600 active users, SAPU.dk continues to grow and enjoys the status of a professional legal advice portal and knowledge base for landlords. Knowing that the company’s revenue has grown by 15% in 2019 only proves that our work brought real value into our partner’s business.
