I. Glossary
The terms used in this document are defined as follows:
“Prograils”, “we”, “us” means Prograils sp. z o.o. with a registered seat at Sczanieckiej 9A/10, 60-215 Poznań, register no.: 0000411254;
“Cookies” means small text files stored on a web browser by a website (specifically: the Website) or by an ad server which stores user settings and data.
“other tracking technologies” means technologies similar to Cookies, which do not require the storage of Cookies on a web browser, such as web-beacons, pixels, scripts used on the Website;
“Website” means Prograils’ website available at www.prograils.com;
“You” means the individual using the Website.

IV. Types of Cookies and other tracking technologies used on the Website
When you visit the Website we may store first party session Cookies on your device. Session Cookies are temporary Cookies that are deleted once you end your session (e.g. when you log-off or close the browser). Session Cookies are used to recognise your activities across the Website.
